The Board of Syschem India approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 and the half year ended 30 September 2025, which were also subject to a limited review by statutory auditor Stav & Co (clean/unqualified report). Revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 rose sharply to Rs. 11,792.36 lakh from Rs. 5,420.70 lakh in Q2 FY25, more than doubling year-on-year. Half-year revenue grew to Rs. 24,468.19 lakh from Rs. 15,635.86 lakh, a jump of about 57%. The company swung back to profit with H1 FY26 PAT of Rs. 357.19 lakh versus a loss of Rs. 50.34 lakh in H1 FY25, while profit before tax for the half year stood at Rs. 422.07 lakh. EBITDA margin improved meaningfully over the prior year period as raw material and other costs grew slower than revenue. The balance sheet remains debt-free with no long-term borrowings and equity of Rs. 9,485.98 lakh.
Strong topline growth and a return to profitability are positive signals for shareholders, though sequential revenue dipped from Q1 to Q2 and overall margins remain thin, warranting cautious optimism.
