T & I Global Ltd reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results with revenue from operations of ₹3,451.94 lakhs, more than doubling from ₹1,575.88 lakhs in the same quarter last year — a 119% YoY jump. Net profit for the quarter surged to ₹258.11 lakhs from ₹57.16 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a 351% increase. EPS stood at ₹5.09 compared to ₹1.13 earlier. The Tea Machinery segment led the growth, with revenue rising 127% YoY to ₹2,966.32 lakhs, while the Tea Manufacturing segment grew 76% to ₹485.62 lakhs. Total expenses rose in line with revenue at ₹3,080.89 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Sharp growth in both revenue and profit is a strong positive signal for shareholders and may support a positive stock reaction. Investors should note that the exceptional item of ₹271.11 lakhs in FY25 (advances written off) reflects some balance-sheet cleanup, and the sustainability of the sharp margin expansion needs to be watched in coming quarters.
