T & I Global Ltd reported a strong Q1 FY26, with revenue from operations more than doubling to Rs 34.52 crore from Rs 15.76 crore in Q1 FY25, a YoY jump of around 119%. Net profit surged about 4.5x to Rs 2.58 crore versus Rs 0.57 crore a year ago, lifting EPS to Rs 5.09 (from Rs 1.13). The Tea Machinery segment was the key growth driver with Rs 29.66 crore in revenue and Rs 4.06 crore in segment profit, while the Tea Manufacturing segment remained in the red with a Rs 0.23 crore loss. Total expenses grew to Rs 30.81 crore from Rs 15.15 crore, but operating leverage drove a sharp improvement in margins. The auditor (Agarwal & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
This is a significantly positive quarter for shareholders, showing a strong operational turnaround with triple-digit revenue growth and a 351% jump in profit, which should be well received by the market. The Tea Machinery business is clearly the engine of growth, though the persistent losses in Tea Manufacturing remain a watchpoint.
