The Board of T & I Global Ltd approved audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and FY25 along with the auditor's report. Revenue from operations for FY25 jumped to about Rs 18,349.64 lakhs from Rs 8,441.43 lakhs in FY24, more than doubling year-on-year. Profit after tax also surged to Rs 993.92 lakhs from Rs 408.06 lakhs in FY24, a growth of roughly 144%. The strong performance was driven entirely by the Tea Machinery segment, whose revenue rose sharply; the Tea Manufacturing segment stayed flat and continued to report losses. However, Q4 FY25 alone slipped into a small loss at the PAT level (around Rs 76 lakhs loss) versus a profit in Q4 FY24. The statutory auditor (Agarwal & Associates) issued an unmodified opinion. The Board also appointed M/s Smita Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and M/s S Tulsyan & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
Strong full-year results with revenue and profits more than doubling are positive for shareholders, but the Q4 FY25 loss and ongoing losses in the Tea Manufacturing segment are points to watch. Overall, the filing reflects a robust turnaround in the Tea Machinery business and is likely to be viewed favourably by the market.
