T T Limited board approved Q1 FY27 (June 2026 quarter) unaudited financial results on Aug 6 with limited review report. Separately, 8,00,000 convertible warrants allotted in Dec 2024 at Rs 122 each to non-promoters lapsed as holders failed to pay balance 75 percent within the 18-month exercise window. Board cancelled these warrants and forfeited Rs 2.44 crore (25 percent upfront amount). No change in paid-up equity capital. Company Secretary Rahul Maurya resigned effective June 25, replaced by Shivam Sharma.
Positive: Rs 2.44 crore retained by company without any equity dilution from lapsed warrants.
