TAAL Enterprises posted strong consolidated results for FY25, with profit after tax rising to Rs. 48.79 crore from Rs. 37.15 crore in FY24 — a growth of about 31%. Total consolidated income for the year was nearly flat at around Rs. 199.3 crore versus Rs. 198.3 crore last year, with revenue from operations at Rs. 197.7 crore (up just ~1.4%). On a standalone basis, profit jumped to Rs. 8.96 crore from Rs. 1.66 crore, mainly driven by a Rs. 8.93 crore dividend received from its subsidiary. The Board also declared a healthy 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 30 per share (300%) with record date June 6, 2025. Statutory auditors V.P. Thacker & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong earnings growth of over 30% on a consolidated basis and a generous 300% interim dividend signal solid shareholder returns. The clean audit opinion and positive operating cash flow (~Rs. 77 crore consolidated) reinforce financial health, though top-line growth remained muted.
