TAI Industries reported revenue of ₹6,619.74 lakhs for Q3 FY26, up sharply from ₹3,057.45 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (~116% growth). For the nine-month period, revenue surged to ₹22,022.20 lakhs vs ₹9,591.28 lakhs last year (~130% growth). Nine-month profit after tax jumped to ₹110.52 lakhs (EPS ₹1.84) from just ₹5.26 lakhs (EPS ₹0.09) a year ago. However, Q3 standalone PAT slipped to ₹30.61 lakhs from ₹35.31 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, as expenses grew in line with revenue. The previous quarter (Q2 FY26) had actually posted a loss of ₹30.15 lakhs. The auditor (KAMG & Associates) issued an unmodified review opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter regarding pending reconciliation of deferred tax assets and liabilities.
Strong nine-month revenue growth and a turnaround in full-period profitability are positive signals, but the Q3 dip in profit and the deferred-tax pending reconciliation introduce some caution. The stock may react positively on the revenue surge but watch for clarity on the deferred tax matter and margin sustainability.
