Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics reported audited standalone results for Q4 and FY ended March 2026. Total income for the year was ₹3,106.77 Lakhs, up 42% from ₹2,181.61 Lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax surged to ₹1,078.53 Lakhs from ₹491.95 Lakhs in FY25, more than doubling year-on-year. EPS for FY26 stands at ₹11.52 versus ₹5.25 in FY25. The company also appointed new auditors: M/s. R. Mohnot & Co. LLP as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and M/s. GMJ & Co. as Tax Auditors for FY26. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. However, operating cash flow was negative at -₹200.84 Lakhs for the year.
Strong bottom-line growth with PAT more than doubling is positive for shareholders. However, the negative operating cash flow despite higher profits raises concerns about cash conversion quality and may limit dividend capacity going forward.
