India Ratings & Research upgraded Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts credit ratings. Long-term bank loan rating raised to IND A+ from IND A with Stable outlook. Short-term rating raised to IND A1+ from IND A1. Total bank loan facilities of about INR 230 crore (reduced from about INR 271 crore) upgraded, including a 200 crore term loan and 30 crore working capital limit with Federal Bank.
Positive for shareholders — stronger credit profile signals improved financial health and may help lower future borrowing costs.
