Take Solutions reported consolidated total income of ₹6,087.26 Lakhs for FY26, a massive 495.68% YoY increase from ₹1,021.90 Lakhs in FY25. Revenue from Operations stood at ₹5,418.53 Lakhs, compared to effectively nil in the prior year, marking the start of a new operational phase. Consolidated net profit for FY26 was ₹1,084.91 Lakhs with EPS of ₹0.74, a significant turnaround from losses previously. Q4 FY26 was exceptionally strong with total income of ₹5,937.02 Lakhs (3,400% YoY) and net profit of ₹435.99 Lakhs. On a standalone basis, the company recovered from a net loss of ₹6,973.56 Lakhs in FY25 to a net profit of ₹271.91 Lakhs in FY26. The growth is attributed to improved operational execution, cost optimisation, and business restructuring initiatives.
The company has demonstrated a strong operational turnaround with multi-fold revenue and profit growth. However, the exceptionally high growth rates partly reflect a very low base (FY25 had near-zero operational revenue), so sustainability of growth trajectory should be monitored carefully.
