Tamboli Industries Ltd (formerly Tamboli Capital Ltd) reported audited results for Q4 and FY25, with an unmodified auditor opinion from Park & Company. On a consolidated basis, FY25 net sales declined about 8.2% to Rs 6,890.85 lacs from Rs 7,506.15 lacs in FY24, while profit after tax rose modestly to Rs 771.46 lacs from Rs 752.63 lacs (~2.5% growth). Q4 FY25 was stronger on both counts — net sales of Rs 1,980.08 lacs and PAT of Rs 250.75 lacs, up roughly 9% and 12% year-on-year respectively. Manufacturing remains the dominant segment, while the consolidated entity includes wholly-owned subsidiary Tamboli Castings Limited (into which two step-down subsidiaries were amalgamated from 1 April 2024). The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.00 per share (10%) on Rs 10 face value shares, subject to shareholder approval.
Full-year revenue dipped despite a better Q4, suggesting weak earlier quarters, but bottom line held up with a small PAT increase and a healthy 10% dividend declared — mildly positive for shareholders, though the top-line contraction may cap near-term upside.
