On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.1 pts less than its Private Sector Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, total income rose 26.6% year on year to Rs 2,052.40 crore and net profit rose 42.1% to Rs 451.14 crore. Half-year net profit was Rs 862.65 crore, up 38.6%. EPS was Rs 28.49. Gross and net bad-loan ratios improved to 0.61% and 0.14%, while capital adequacy was 32.39%. A Rs 15.45 crore penalty provision reversal followed an appeal; operating cash flow was negative at Rs 1,879.35 crore.
Profit growth, lower bad loans and strong capital support the outlook, though operating cash outflow and the one-off penalty reversal temper it.
