On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts more than its Software Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 revenue rose 25.3% year on year to Rs 13,517 million and profit after tax rose 17.1% to Rs 1,464 million. Gross margin fell 48 basis points to 26.1%, while EBITDA margin eased to 15.9% from 16.5%. ValueFirst's international operations added Rs 285 million of revenue but are less profitable. Platform growth slowed to 6.4% due to delayed consent rules. Tanla ended with Rs 14,474 million cash, no debt and a Rs 6 interim dividend.
Strong growth, cash and the dividend support the stock, but lower margins, slow Platform growth and lower-profit ValueFirst integration may limit gains.
