Board approved unaudited Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue rose 7.8% year on year to Rs 1,078.48 crore, while net profit fell 4.0% to Rs 125.05 crore. Half-year revenue rose 5.8% and net profit fell 10.3%. Standalone revenue fell 24.1% to Rs 169.28 crore and profit fell 96.6% to Rs 3.14 crore. The board declared a Rs 6 per share interim dividend; record date is October 27.
Higher revenue and the Rs 6 dividend may support sentiment, but lower profit and weaker consolidated margins may cap gains.
