Taparia Tools Ltd, a single-segment (Handtools) manufacturer, reported Q3FY26 standalone revenue of around Rs 2,556.27 lakhs, up about 9% YoY from Rs 2,343.98 lakhs but marginally lower sequentially than Q2FY26's Rs 2,593.92 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose roughly 13% YoY to Rs 7,568.93 lakhs from Rs 6,700.80 lakhs. Net profit for 9MFY26 stood at Rs 1,126.94 lakhs versus Rs 913.72 lakhs in 9MFY25, a gain of about 23%. Q3FY26 PAT of Rs 376.04 lakhs dipped from Q2FY26's Rs 462.35 lakhs. Statutory auditors Batliboi & Purohit issued a clean, unmodified limited review report. The company flagged the new Labour Codes effective November 21, 2025, saying the estimated incremental employee liability is not material to the results.
The nine-month print reflects steady mid-teens revenue growth and a healthy profit rise, but the dip in Q3 profit versus Q2 may temper near-term sentiment. With a clean audit opinion and a focused single-product business, the outlook remains stable for existing shareholders.
