Taparia Tools Ltd reported standalone unaudited results for Q2 FY26 with revenue from operations of Rs. 25,939.20 lakhs, up about 15.8% from Rs. 22,400.30 lakhs in Q2 FY25. For the half year (H1 FY26), revenue rose to Rs. 50,106.60 lakhs from Rs. 43,518.19 lakhs, a growth of roughly 15%. Net profit for H1 FY26 jumped to Rs. 7,508.99 lakhs from Rs. 6,082.38 lakhs (about 23.5% growth), while Q2 net profit grew about 31.7% to Rs. 4,050.58 lakhs. EPS for H1 stood at Rs. 49.47 versus Rs. 40.07 a year earlier. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 32.50 per share (325%) with record date 19 November 2025. Statutory auditor Batliboi & Purohit issued an unmodified review report with no qualifications.
Solid double-digit revenue and profit growth combined with a hefty 325% interim dividend is positive for shareholders, signalling strong cash generation and shareholder-friendly capital allocation. The clean auditor review and improving operating cash flow (Rs. 6,000 lakhs vs Rs. 3,510 lakhs in H1 FY25) should support positive sentiment, though revenue growth is below the 20% threshold.
