Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions reported Q3 FY26 net revenue of about Rs 68.56 crore, up 6.5 percent year on year from about Rs 64.36 crore. Nine-month revenue grew 17.5 percent to about Rs 195.30 crore vs about Rs 166.19 crore a year ago. Q3 PAT was roughly flat at Rs 5.22 crore, while 9M PAT rose 12.7 percent to about Rs 19.15 crore. EBITDA margins expanded meaningfully on improved segment results, though finance costs rose about 63 percent and depreciation was up about 32 percent in the quarter. Auditor Sangeet Kumar and Associates issued an unmodified limited review report. Independent Director Ashok Kumar Goel retires on March 9, 2026 on completion of his three-year term.
Steady top-line growth and margin expansion are positives, but rising finance costs and steep depreciation growth warrant a closer look before a fresh call.
