Consolidated net revenue rose 26.6% to Rs 83.11 crore in the September 2026 quarter, from Rs 65.67 crore. Profit after tax rose 21.0% to Rs 9.05 crore; earnings per share was Rs 1.15. For the half year, revenue rose 18.9%, but profit fell 23.5% to Rs 10.66 crore. It included a Rs 0.30 crore exceptional item in the June quarter. Auditors found no material misstatement. Half-year operating cash flow was positive at Rs 30.36 crore.
Quarterly growth helps, but the half-year profit fall, lower margin and borrowings at 1.14 times equity may cap upside despite positive cash flow.
