Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions reported strong Q1 FY26 results with net revenue from operations rising to Rs 6,107.25 lakhs, up about 34% from Rs 4,565.97 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax grew roughly 42% to Rs 645.47 lakhs (from Rs 453.68 lakhs), and EPS stood at Rs 0.82 vs Rs 0.58 a year ago. The Transportation & Handling segment nearly doubled its revenue, while the Infra work segment also saw solid growth; the Processing & Distribution segment shrank sharply. The auditor (Sangeet Kumar & Associates) issued a clean, unqualified limited review report. The Board also approved a new ESOS 2025 stock option scheme, appointed AVS & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, re-appointed two Independent Directors, and scheduled the 13th AGM for September 11, 2025.
The double-digit revenue and profit growth, combined with a clean audit, is a positive signal for shareholders. The new ESOP scheme could lead to some dilution in the future and is worth monitoring, but the strong operational performance is the key takeaway for the stock.
