Tarapur Transformers reported a Q2 FY26 net loss of Rs. 44.34 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 67.92 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Total income fell sharply to Rs. 16.94 lakhs from Rs. 78.23 lakhs year on year. H1 FY26 net loss stood at Rs. 34.82 lakhs. Reserves are deeply negative at Rs. 1,923.30 lakhs. The company reversed Rs. 43.15 lakhs of a Rs. 8.66 crore provision for doubtful advances tied to an IBC filing against Choudhary Global Limited. Board also appointed a new Company Secretary and CFO.
Sharp revenue fall and continued losses with deeply negative reserves signal serious operational stress for shareholders of this small-cap.
