Tarapur Transformers reported Q3 FY26 standalone net loss of Rs 24.27 lakh on revenue of Rs 50.75 lakh, versus net profit of Rs 233.96 lakh in Q3 FY25. For 9M FY26, net loss stood at Rs 59.09 lakh against a loss of Rs 328.73 lakh in 9M FY25. Revenue dropped sharply from Rs 2,401.81 lakh in 9M FY25 to Rs 113.64 lakh in 9M FY26. The company has filed an IBC application against Choudhary Global for Rs 8.66 crore outstanding.
Continued losses, sharp revenue decline, and IBC filing against a debtor signal financial stress. Negative for shareholders.
