On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
TARC board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of 21,712.59 lakhs (up sharply from 158.46 lakhs YoY) and PAT of 161.07 lakhs versus loss of 78.27 lakhs. Standalone loss narrowed to 2,138.47 lakhs. Also approved change of auditor to Singhi and Co for 5 years, re-appointment of MD and CEO Amar Sarin with revised pay, re-appointment of Whole Time Director Muskaan Sarin, acquisition of remaining 50 percent in associate Niblic Greens for 55 lakhs (related party deal), and 10th AGM on Sept 19, 2026.
Strong consolidated revenue and PAT turnaround signals improving demand. Standalone still loss-making. Auditor change and related party acquisition need shareholder approval at AGM.
