TARC Limited reported Q2 FY26 consolidated loss of Rs 15.77 crore versus profit of Rs 54.21 crore a year ago. Revenue from operations dropped sharply to Rs 6.87 crore from Rs 75.49 crore. For the half year ended September 2025, consolidated loss was Rs 98.04 crore against profit of Rs 38.44 crore. Standalone H1 loss stood at Rs 163.98 crore. The company operates only in real estate. Auditor Doogar and Associates issued an unmodified limited review report.
Sharp revenue fall and return to losses signal weak demand and project slowdown. Existing shareholders should track project execution and debt levels closely.
