Standalone revenue rose 10% YoY to INR 839.9M in Q3 FY26 (9M: INR 2,358M vs INR 2,211M). However, 9M PAT dropped 36% to INR 171.9M (Q3: INR 70.9M vs INR 76.1M) as depreciation surged 66% to INR 605.8M. Board also approved EUR 3M equity infusion in Singapore subsidiary Tarsons Life Science Pte. Ltd., appointed Mr. Vinesh Kriplani as Independent Director, and accepted Mr. Girish Vanvari resignation for personal reasons.
Revenue grew but sharp profit decline on higher depreciation flags margin pressure. Director change and Singapore arm funding are routine for a growing company.
