Tarsons Products reported FY26 revenue of Rs 3,329.31 Million, up 6 percent from Rs 3,141.77 Million in FY25. EBITDA rose slightly to Rs 1,089.64 Million with margin at 32.73 percent versus 33.55 percent. PAT fell sharply to Rs 226.58 Million from Rs 427.31 Million, with PAT margin dropping to 6.81 percent. Management attributes the PAT decline to new Panchla and Amta facilities adding depreciation, finance and operating costs before revenue ramps up. Cell culture production at Panchla is expected to scale up in H2 FY27. Nerbe acquisition continues to strengthen European footprint. AGM scheduled for September 24, 2026.
Short term PAT pressure from new facility costs. Revenue growth modest at 6 percent. Key trigger will be utilization ramp-up at Panchla and Amta.
