Tasty Bite Eatables filed its unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with an unqualified limited review report from Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP. For Q3 standalone, revenue from operations rose to roughly INR 1,786 million (up about 17% from about INR 1,531 million in Q3 FY25), though nine-month revenue growth was more modest at around 2-3%. Profit after tax for the nine months was broadly flat at around INR 193-195 million versus INR 195 million a year ago, while basic EPS for the nine months declined to about INR 11.4 from INR 15.7. The company booked an exceptional item of INR 4.53 million toward incremental gratuity provision following the November 2025 rollout of the New Labour Codes. The board also accepted the resignation of Chairman and Independent Director Pradeep Poddar effective March 31, 2026, and appointed Rahul Bhatnagar as the new Chairman effective April 1, 2026.
Q3 showed healthy top-line momentum, but flat-to-lower nine-month earnings and EPS compression suggest margin pressure. The leadership transition at the chairman level is a governance event to watch, while the one-time Labour Codes charge is small and largely technical in nature.
