Tata Chemicals has finalised terms for issuing 1,50,000 unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable NCDs of face value Rs 1 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 1,500 crore. The NCDs will be placed privately with eligible investors and listed on the NSE debt segment. Coupon will be fixed rate, decided via price bidding on the NSE EBP platform, with annual interest payments. Tenure is about 2 years and 364 days with bullet repayment on maturity, tentatively allotted on December 17, 2025. Credit rating is AA+ with stable outlook from both CARE and CRISIL.
Raises Rs 1,500 crore of unsecured debt for the company; no equity dilution. Tenure under 3 years limits long-term interest cost impact.
