TCS reported its audited consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations came in at ₹63,437 crore, up about 1.3% from ₹62,613 crore a year earlier. Consolidated net profit grew roughly 5.9% to ₹12,819 crore, with EPS at ₹35.27 versus ₹33.28 in the same quarter last year. On the standalone basis, revenue dipped marginally to ₹52,788 crore from ₹52,844 crore, while net profit rose to ₹12,552 crore. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹11 per share, with a record date of July 16, 2025 and payment on August 4, 2025. Statutory auditor B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both the consolidated and standalone results.
Modest top-line growth and steady profit growth suggest stable but not spectacular quarterly performance, while the ₹11 interim dividend provides near-term income to shareholders. The clean audit opinion and absence of any flagged risks should support investor confidence.
