(TSIJ), Tata Steel's Netherlands subsidiary, for suspected criminal offences tied to alleged pollution at coke and gas plants (CGF 1 and 2) at Ijmuiden. TSIJ disputes the charges, noting undercooked coke incidents fell 98 percent since 2020 to under 0.011 percent, with zero cases in 2024 and 2025. A substantive defence will be presented in court.
