Tata Technologies reported strong Q4 FY26 results with Total Operating Revenue of ₹15,722 million, up 15.1% QoQ, and Services Segment Revenue of ₹12,196 million (USD 132.6 million, up 11.9% in constant currency). Operating EBITDA stood at ₹2,521 million with margin expanding to 16.0% from 14.1% in Q3, a 190 bps improvement driven by operating leverage. Adjusted Net Income was ₹1,625 million, up 20.3% QoQ, with net margin at 10.3%. The company secured multiple new client engagements including a full vehicle engineering program with a Japanese OEM and an enterprise PLM transformation with a European luxury OEM. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹8.35 per share plus a special dividend of ₹3.35 per share.
Strong execution with broad-based revenue growth and meaningful margin expansion signals an inflection point for the business, positioning the company well for FY27 double-digit growth targets. The new client wins, particularly in full-vehicle programs, provide better order book visibility.
