Tata Technologies posted Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,664.63 crore, up about 34 percent YoY from Rs 1,244.29 crore. PAT rose around 48 percent YoY to Rs 251.70 crore versus Rs 170.24 crore a year ago. Basic EPS stood at Rs 6.10. Services segment led with Rs 1,296.92 crore revenue. Results include an exceptional cost of Rs 23.99 crore linked to the Es-Tec GmbH acquisition. A dividend of Rs 11.10 per share for FY26 was paid on July 12, 2026.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, supported by the Es-Tec acquisition, may lift near-term sentiment for shareholders.
