Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
TTML Q1 FY27 revenue rose 6% YoY to Rs 301.57 Cr; EBITDA grew 12% to Rs 164.90 Cr. Net loss narrowed to Rs 72.15 Cr vs Rs 324.98 Cr YoY (latter had Rs 654.95 Cr exceptional item). Auditor gave unmodified opinion but flagged going concern as current liabilities exceed current assets, mitigated by parent support letter. Board extended Rs 2,018 Cr RPS redemption to Oct 2036 and proposed new auditor T.P. Ostwal for 5 years from 2027 AGM.
Going concern flag persists despite narrower loss; RPS extension eases near-term redemption pressure; auditor change lined up from 2027 AGM.
