Consolidated revenue for the six months ended 30 September 2025 was Rs 240.38 crore, up 27.2% year on year from Rs 188.95 crore. Profit after tax rose to Rs 16.57 crore from Rs 4.34 crore, while operating cash flow was Rs 13.38 crore. Quarter revenue was nearly flat at Rs 123.52 crore versus Rs 124.52 crore. The auditor reported no material issues, and Ajesh Kumar Mohanan Pillai was appointed chief financial officer.
Strong six-month profit growth and positive cash flow are positive, though nearly flat quarterly revenue may limit near-term stock price gains.
