Taylormade Renewables reported its first-ever consolidated results for FY25 (ended March 31, 2025), including subsidiary Taylormade Enviro Private Limited. Consolidated revenue rose 51.65% year-on-year to ₹7,119.29 lakh from ₹4,694.30 lakh. EBITDA stood at ₹1,816.13 lakh and net profit grew to ₹1,230.74 lakh from ₹1,107.55 lakh. The company received Consent to Operate for its first Build-Own-Operate (BOO) plant at Tarapur, marking its shift to an annuity-based revenue model. Revenue recognition was delayed for the ₹231.50 crore Andhra Pradesh project due to billing-cycle lags, which management expects to recover in coming quarters. BOO projects at Dahej and Sayakha are in regulatory and design stages, expected to add recurring revenue from FY26.
Strong top-line growth and the transition to a recurring-revenue BOO model are positives for long-term shareholder value, but near-term margins and cash flows remain pressured by project billing delays. Investors should watch for actual billing realization from the Andhra Pradesh project and commercial conversion of pilot trials in FY26.
