TCC Concept Ltd's board approved unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended Sep 30, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to Rs 1,374.91 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs 428.74 lakhs in Q2 FY25 — a roughly 3.2x year-on-year rise. Standalone profit after tax surged to Rs 926.20 lakhs (Q2) from Rs 242.41 lakhs, with H1 FY26 PAT at Rs 1,612 lakhs versus Rs 377.91 lakhs in H1 FY25. Consolidated revenue grew about 72% YoY in H1 to Rs 4,904 lakhs and consolidated PAT rose to Rs 1,984 lakhs (H1 FY25: Rs 1,470 lakhs). The company reported three segments — Brokerage & Other Services, Rental & Leasing of Equipment, and IT Services — with the new IT and equipment leasing segments contributing meaningfully. Statutory auditors Mehra Goel & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The standalone balance sheet remains nearly debt-free, with borrowings reduced from Rs 1,008.74 lakhs to nil.
Very strong YoY earnings growth on the back of expanding business segments (IT services and equipment leasing) should be viewed positively by shareholders. The sharp jump in standalone numbers suggests scale-up of newer businesses, though investors should watch whether the IT segment sustains profitability beyond its initial contribution.
