TCFC Finance reported Q1 FY27 results with total income up about 43% YoY to Rs 941.32 lakh from Rs 658.01 lakh. Profit after tax more than doubled to Rs 414.45 lakh versus Rs 174.11 lakh, driven mainly by higher fair value gains of Rs 892.84 lakh versus Rs 604.55 lakh. EPS rose to Rs 4.17 from Rs 1.66. However, other expenses spiked sharply to Rs 214.86 lakh from Rs 10.18 lakh. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review opinion.
Strong PAT growth driven by fair value gains; sharp rise in other expenses and market dependence worth watching for sustainability.
