TCI Industries Limited reported audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations more than doubled to Rs. 283.02 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 139.18 lakhs in FY24, with Q4 revenue rising sharply to Rs. 109.87 lakhs from Rs. 48.01 lakhs a year ago. However, the net loss widened significantly to Rs. 224.03 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 103.87 lakhs in FY24, with Q4 standalone net loss at Rs. 85.95 lakhs. Total expenses surged to Rs. 520.20 lakhs for the year against Rs. 280.60 lakhs previously, driven by higher employee costs and other expenses. The company raised Rs. 274.67 lakhs via issuance of 0% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares and saw current borrowings triple to Rs. 158.34 lakhs. Statutory auditor V. Singhi & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Despite strong top-line growth, persistent and widening losses, negative operating cash flows of Rs. 194.56 lakhs, and rising debt signal continued operational challenges for shareholders. The clean audit opinion is positive, but the deepening losses and reliance on preference share issuance to fund operations raise concerns about long-term viability.
