TCI Industries reported a strong turnaround in Q3 FY26 with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 154.68 lakh from Rs. 95.48 lakh in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 62%. The company swung from a net loss of Rs. 63.65 lakh in Q3 FY25 to a net profit of Rs. 74.10 lakh (Rs. 38.39 lakh shown) in Q3 FY26, driven by both higher revenue and a sharp drop in total expenses. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue nearly doubled to Rs. 329.61 lakh from Rs. 173.15 lakh, while net profit stood at Rs. 18.64 lakh against a loss of Rs. 138.08 lakh a year earlier. The statutory auditors V. Singhi & Associates issued an unmodified (unqualified) limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Strong year-on-year profit recovery and revenue growth may lift investor sentiment, though the absolute scale remains small and prior full-year (FY25) was still deeply loss-making.
