TD Power Systems reported strong FY2026 results with standalone net sales of Rs 1,71,666.38 Lakhs, up 35.6% from Rs 1,26,539.62 Lakhs in FY2025. Profit after tax grew 40.8% to Rs 21,644.35 Lakhs from Rs 15,371.00 Lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.10 per equity share (face value Rs 2) and approved a 1:2 stock split to improve affordability and liquidity. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion, though they flagged a going concern uncertainty for one subsidiary (non-material to the Group). The company also re-appointed its cost auditors for FY2026-27.
The strong 35%+ revenue growth and 40%+ PAT growth indicate robust business performance, which is positive for shareholders. The stock split may attract more retail participation, while the dividend provides immediate returns.
