TD Power Systems reported strong FY26 standalone results with net sales of Rs 1,71,666.38 lakhs, up 35.7% from Rs 1,26,539.62 lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax grew 40.8% to Rs 21,644.35 lakhs from Rs 15,371.00 lakhs. Q4 FY26 also showed robust growth with net sales of Rs 53,426.62 lakhs (up 42% YoY) and PAT of Rs 6,274.20 lakhs (up 43% YoY). The Board approved a 1:2 share split from Rs 2 face value to Rs 1 face value to improve affordability and liquidity for small investors. A final dividend of Rs 1.10 per share was recommended for FY26. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results. The consolidated auditor's report included an Emphasis of Matter noting one subsidiary has a going concern uncertainty flagged by its own auditor, though the company states this is not material to the group.
Strong financial performance with over 35% revenue growth and 40% PAT growth is positive for shareholders. The share split makes the stock more affordable for retail investors, which could boost liquidity. The clean audit opinion removes near-term risk concerns.
