TD Power Systems reported strong FY25 results with standalone net sales rising ~32.7% to Rs. 1,26,539.62 lakhs (vs Rs. 95,387.90 lakhs in FY24) and standalone PAT up ~23.8% to Rs. 15,371.00 lakhs. Consolidated FY25 revenue from operations grew ~27.8% to Rs. 1,27,876.17 lakhs with consolidated PAT jumping ~47.5% to Rs. 17,457.51 lakhs. Q4 FY25 standalone revenue grew ~40.5% YoY to Rs. 37,634.47 lakhs with PAT up ~26% to Rs. 4,396.01 lakhs. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.65 per share (face value Rs. 2). It also re-appointed Mr. Nikhil Kumar as Managing Director for five years from January 17, 2026, appointed a new Secretarial Auditor and Head of Supply Chain, and re-appointed Cost Auditors. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter regarding the going concern basis of an Indian subsidiary.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth along with a dividend declaration is positive for shareholders. The going-concern flag on a subsidiary and a Rs. 300 lakh exceptional item in consolidated results are minor watchpoints, though the auditor clarified the subsidiary is not material to the Group.
