TD Power Systems announced strong FY25 results alongside a final dividend recommendation. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,27,876 lakhs (~28% growth vs FY24), with standalone profit after tax at Rs. 17,458 lakhs (~47% higher). Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 1,26,540 lakhs (~29% growth) and consolidated PAT came in at Rs. 15,371 lakhs (~24% growth), translating to EPS of Rs. 11.18 (standalone) and Rs. 9.84 (consolidated). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.65 per equity share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, MD Nikhil Kumar was re-appointed for 5 years, a new Secretarial Auditor and Head of Supply Chain were appointed, and the statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion with an Emphasis of Matter note on a subsidiary's going concern uncertainty.
Strong revenue and earnings growth, along with a dividend, is positive for shareholders. However, investors should note the auditor's Emphasis of Matter flagging going-concern uncertainty at an Indian subsidiary (management considers it immaterial to the group) and a Rs. 300 lakh exceptional item in consolidated FY25 numbers.
