For Q2 FY26, consolidated revenue rose 5.1% year on year to Rs 139.95 billion, while net profit for shareholders fell 4.5% to Rs 11.95 billion. H1 revenue rose 3.9% to Rs 273.46 billion and profit rose 11.1% to Rs 23.35 billion. The board declared a Rs 15 per share interim dividend, equal to 300% of face value. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion but highlighted Rs 12.30 billion of disputed former Satyam claims.
The dividend supports shareholder returns, but lower Q2 profit and the unresolved Satyam claim may weigh on sentiment despite stronger H1 profit and cash flow.
