Tech Mahindra Limited reported audited consolidated revenue of Rs 568,154 million for FY2026, up 7.2% from Rs 529,883 million in FY2025. Q4 FY26 revenue stood at Rs 150,761 million, representing 12.6% growth year-on-year. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) grew 13% to Rs 48,055 million from Rs 42,530 million, with diluted EPS of Rs 54.19 versus Rs 47.91 last year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 36 per share (720%), adding to the interim dividend of Rs 15 already paid, bringing total dividend for FY2026 to Rs 51 per share (1020%). Statutory auditors BSR & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. An Emphasis of Matter was raised regarding Rs 12,304 million in alleged advances from erstwhile Satyam Computer Services, which management believes will not be payable; the auditor's opinion was not modified in this regard.
Positive for shareholders: the company delivered revenue and profit growth with a clean audit opinion and increased total dividend payout. The emphasis of matter on Satyam-era claims is a legacy issue already disclosed and does not affect the clean audit status.
