Tega Industries allotted 4,78,435 equity shares to AP Jupiter Holdings II, a non-promoter entity, at Rs. 1,994 per share (Rs. 1,984 premium), raising about Rs. 95.40 Crores via preferential issue on private placement basis. This follows board approval on Aug 22, shareholder nod via postal ballot on Sept 21, and exchange in-principle approval on Oct 6, 2026. The allottee now holds 0.63% stake. Paid-up capital rose from Rs. 75.13 Cr to Rs. 75.61 Cr.
Minor dilution of about 0.6% for existing shareholders; brings in a strategic institutional investor.
