Tega Industries reported Q1FY27 results. Standalone revenue rose 60 percent to Rs 2,686.54M and PAT grew to Rs 454.20M. Consolidated revenue surged to Rs 17,234.42M post Molycop acquisition completed June 1, 2026 for Rs 41,907M. However consolidated posted loss of Rs 1,082.52M due to one-time acquisition expenses of Rs 1,909.55M. Auditor issued unmodified report with emphasis on acquisition.
Strong standalone growth but consolidated loss reflects Molycop deal costs. Watch debt as consolidated liabilities rose sharply.
