A non-promoter group consisting of Prasanna Natarajan, Rajat Chakra and Holding, Sipping Spirits, Saranga Investments, and Rajalakshmi Natarajan acquired 4,21,97,154 equity shares, equal to 72.55 percent of Tejassvi Aaharam, through a preferential allotment on July 20, 2026. Pre-allotment equity capital was 70 lakh shares; post-allotment capital expanded to 5.81 crore shares. Rajat Chakra and Holding became the largest holder at 33.23 percent. Before this deal the group held virtually zero shares.
