Tembo Global Industries reported Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue rose 71% YoY to about 234 crore and PAT climbed 171% to about 21 crore. Consolidated revenue grew 49% to about 251 crore and PAT rose about 37% to 26 crore. Nine-month standalone revenue grew 60% to 692 crore with PAT at about 53 crore. The company raised about 151 crore via preferential allotment of equity shares to non-promoters at 492 rupees per share. A new manufacturing facility was capitalised, which added around 1.84 crore to depreciation in the quarter.
Sharp revenue and profit growth reflect strong demand; capital raise and new facility should support further capacity and expansion.
