Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited submitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 to the exchanges on August 11, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to Rs. 250.04 lakh from Rs. 203.02 lakh a year ago (up ~23%), while total income jumped to Rs. 837.22 lakh from Rs. 379.64 lakh, driven largely by a sharp rise in other income (Rs. 587.18 lakh vs Rs. 176.62 lakh). Standalone net profit surged to Rs. 308.70 lakh from Rs. 24.09 lakh in the same quarter last year, with EPS of Rs. 0.24 versus Rs. 0.02. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew modestly to Rs. 404.92 lakh from Rs. 378.91 lakh, but consolidated net profit climbed to Rs. 340.11 lakh from Rs. 36.36 lakh, helped by share of profit from associates (Rs. 33.71 lakh). Statutory auditors L.B. Jha & Co. issued a limited review report with an unmodified opinion.
The headline profit surge is impressive on a percentage basis but is on a very small revenue base and is largely driven by non-operating 'other income' rather than core business growth, so the underlying operating story remains modest. For shareholders, this may not translate into sustained earnings momentum unless the operational revenue base scales meaningfully.
