TGB Banquets and Hotels filed standalone unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 ended Sept 30 2025, approved by the board on Nov 13 2025. Net income rose to Rs 39.01 lakh from Rs 34.66 lakh a year ago. Operating cash flow turned negative at about minus 305.83 lakh, mainly due to a Rs 603 lakh rise in receivables and loans. Total assets grew to Rs 11,797 lakh. Cash and equivalents fell sharply from Rs 220.07 lakh to Rs 62.51 lakh. Auditor Prakash Tekwani and Associates issued an unqualified limited review.
Marginal profit uptick offset by negative operating cash flow and a sharp cash drop, pointing to working capital strain worth watching.
